Salah4All is an Islamic prayer times app. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and your rights.
What We Collect
When you use the app, the following information is sent to our private analytics database:
- Location — your precise latitude and longitude, used to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction
- Usage data — the date and time you opened the app, your selected calculation method and school, and your timezone
- Device information — device model, operating system name and version, and app version
What We Do Not Collect
- No name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
- No account credentials
- No persistent device identifier (such as IDFA or IDFV)
- No health, financial, or sensitive personal data
How We Use This Data
The data listed above is used solely for anonymous usage analytics — to understand how the app is being used across different regions, devices, and OS versions. It is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared with anyone outside of the app's developer.
Data Storage
Analytics data is stored in a private database accessible only to the developer. The data cannot be traced back to any individual, account, or device.
Location
Location access is requested only while the app is in use. It is used exclusively to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction, and to record an anonymous usage event. The app does not track your location in the background.
Children
This app does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
